This cake was for my birthday, I made it myself (sad I know). It was chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream on the inside. The ruffles were made out of fondant (completely) and I coloured the ruffles with orange and red food colouring. Each ruffle is a different shade, I wish I had graduated the colour better but it think it looks pretty good for a beginner baker :P
