2 tiered cake bottom cake is an 8" moist chocolate cake top tier is a 6" vanilla cake All work is fondant Nemo is carved n made out of cake and fondant! Had a great time making the cake!

USED MMF RECIPE:

MARSHMALLOW FONDANT

INGREDIENTS 16 ounces white marshmallow 2 to 3 tbsps water 8 cups icing suar shortening as required

microwave marshmallows with 1 tbsp water for 5-10 seconds interval...stir...if required add more water...

Add 6 cups icing sugar on a clean table on a greased table keep adding sugar till u get perfect fondant consistency keep at room temp
