I don't get to use fondant a lot - most people dont like the taste - So I was happy to finally do a cake where I could use it. It was my first bow - which turned out ok. It is a Martha Stewart Perfect White Cake with Raspberry mousse filling and buttercream icing with MMF accents of course.

Oh this is just adorable and gorgeous at the same time! I would love to make something exactly like this for my mother-in-law. What size pan did you use and what's the recipe for the filling? Is it all MMF? Even the white box?

The cake is 6X6 three layers. It is frosted in Buttercream and the bow, ribbon and roses are all MMF. Thanks for your nice comments!!
