This cake was done for a lawyer who is doing a “Seven Summits” challenge to raise money for The Cayman Islands Cancer Society, His firm commissioned this cake in honour of his successful climb to summit of Mount Everest. He is only the second resident of the Cayman Islands accomplish this amazing feat. I wish him a speedy recovery from frost bite and success in his future endevours.
