First time using tappit cutters. After completing this cake watched a you tube video on how to use them no wonder they were hard to get out of the cutter. Felt a bit silly afterwards. 10 or 12 inch chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache filling. Chocolate paneling and chocolate shavings to finish it off. The roses aren't made by me as I am slowly using up some sugar flowers given to me by my old boss.
