Took 3rd Place at State Fair of Texas only because this was my first 3D cake and first use of isomalt. I took 3rd due to taste...lol..I have since learned a lot about cakes and fair contests. First off mine was about 20x the size of everyones normal non 3d cake...lol The judges had no idea what Isomalt was! It was for Dr. Peppers 125th anniversary.
