This is one of two cakes I made for our local food bank dessert auction. It was a Hawaiian themed desserts. It was a pina colada cake with pineapple filling and coconut Swiss meringue buttercream. Covered in modeling chocolate and hand painted. The flower is also made out of modeling chocolate. They turn out better than I imagined!
