This was one of the two cakes I made for our local food bank dessert auction. It was a Hawaiian themed dessert. Almond Joy cake-chocolate almond cake with coconut filling and coconut Swiss meringue buttercream. It is covered in modeling chocolate. The flower is also made out of modeling chocolate. Sand is brown sugar. I loved how it turned out!
