The Cyclamen are among my favorite flowers; in winter, with their bright colors, they make me feel cheerful and in good spirits. The leaves and flowers of the Cyclamen are shaped entirely by hand with Sugar Flower Paste; the pot is a mini cake (a mud cake) of 3 inch in height filled with mascarpone and cocoa cream, covered with chocolate ganache and sugar paste.
