Thats absolutely brilliant I wish I could hand this over to my client he is welsh how did you do the flag it is all fondant. Well done just brilliant, please tell me how did you find icing that shape any hints. Thanks.

Yes, the flag is all fondant. The dragon was hand molded then stuck onto the green and white.

I am trying to do the same effect as your dragon, please can you tell me how you manage to do it... I am finding it impossible.

I drew the dragon onto a piece of paper then rolled out some red fondant onto some baking paper. I just kept moving the fondant on the baking paper over the top of the drawing to get the size and shape of the dragon as close as possable by cutting away the fondant and shaping it with my modelling tools. (It's hard to explain, I hope this makes sense!)
