I made this cake at my 3rd Wilton Class. It is choc cake with choc mouse filling. The bow is made out of fondant and I used a glass rolling pin that flower and leaves indentation. This pin gave the bow a 3D effect. Sorry it cannot be seen well in the photo. I crumb iced the cake and use white fondant to cover the cake. It looked very elegant life.
