My First attempt at fondant is for Mum. She has Alzheimer's & because of this I had the pleasure of giving it to her 12 times as she kept forgetting. The cake is 2 peanut butter cakes made in a 7" stainless steel bowl. It's filled and covered with peanut butter butter cream then the fondant. I painted the stem work with food coloring and applied the blossoms in a periwinkle blue; same color as the spout, handle & lid which I filled with chocolate peanuts. It was a lovely 4 generation Mothers Day High Tea shared by her daughters , grand-daughters & her first great-grand-daughter. :-)
