This is a chocolate/chocolate chip cake with buttercream frosting and hand made lilies of fondant. The leaves are fondant also but molded. The three lilies (Alcatraz in Spanish) represent the mother, father, and child. This is for Mother's Day which is this Friday, the 10th, here in Mexico. They can also represent the Holy Trinity.
