This cake was for an engagement party for soon-to-be bride (Duke grad) and groom (NCS grad). I wasn't sure how to categorize this one! Everything is fondant or fondant/modeling chocolate mix. The Blue Devil and Wolf heads were hand sculpted, and the university letters were hand cut in layers with an Exacto knife. Any details were painted on with gel dye.
