Cake made for my great niece, Emily's 9th birthday - as she is learning about different languages at school at the moment I hand painted "Happy Birthday Emily" in Chinese (I hope I got the characters right). Chocolate Ganache filled and covered cake with fondant covering, 50/50 fondant/gumpaste Pandas and bamboo.
