Maxine Birthday Cake
This cake is very similar to another Maxine cake I posted earlier this week. I made 2 chocolate transfers in case one broke, and since they both survived, I decided to make 2 cakes. The first one was just a cake to take to work and the one I was actually making the transfers for is this birthday cake for a friend.

how do you do a choc. transfer? I never can find the instructions I am looking for. And what type of food coloring do you use? I love the colors.
If you go into the forums and search for Chocolate transfers you should be able to find a website for instructions on how to do a chocolate transfer. I tried to add the web address here, but it would'nt take it. For the transfer I used Wilton Candy colors. For the border and the writing I used Americolor gels.
