St .patty's Day Cake
Here is a quicky cake I made for the folks in the (downstairs branch) office for their luncheon today. Not the most spectacular job I have ever done, and just a quick, 1-layer, no filling cake. Had to try out the pan! LOL!!!! French Vanilla cake with green coloring swirled inside, fondant and buttercream outside.
I think you did a very nice job. I like the flower in the middle. Is that a shamrock pan??

LOVE THIS~got a request for a shamrock cake for a grooms cake. I may use your idea, it looks so elegant!
