'Girly but Grownup' 30th Birthday

I was a bit nervous when asked to do an 'all red' cake.......but I LOVED the end product - turned out beautiful and cake was so funky and vibrant looking. Top tier was red velvet covered in white chocolate ganache and filled with white chocolate buttercream. Bottom tier was vanilla cake, also filled and ganached the same way...
