This is the cake I made for my daughter's b'day. It is a 25 cm chocolate cake filled with strawberry and vanilla mousse, covered in vanilla smbc and then fondant. The rainbow and princess Celestia is made out of fondant to which I added cmc powder. This is the first time making a standing figurine and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Cinthia Borges of Dolce Bacio cakes who so kindly guided me through the steps in making an upright pony figurine. Inspiration for this cake is from the my little pony cake uploaded by MacsMom. Pony's mane and tail made with help of lovelytutorials.com and the rainbow with the help of TheGreedyBaker.
