*Birthday cake for grandbaby. Vanilla-Almond cake with Butter cream icing, fondant dots, letters, mice and bows, modeling chocolate ears (this cake was suppoted only by regular drinking straws and 1 wooden dowel through the center of all 4 layers and was transported 95 miles!
