Wilton Course Iii (2)

This was fun minus the stringwork :-( I don't think my instructor was too please with my non-white icing but I decided to use IMBC and you know that ususally comes out "butter" color.

Both cakes slid on their boards during the trip home so they're a little crooked.

Your cake looks beautiful! I love the hearts- very nice touch. :) Before you put the cake on your board, spread a little frosting on the board, it will help anchor the cake.

I wouldnt care what the instructor thought really.... I think you did awesome job.... and I have to agree with my cake buddy momsandrave... the hearts are a very nice touch..
