Cool! I'm about to do that cake for my daughter's school Easter raffle, I hope mine comes out half as good.

How did you do the Icing? It really looks like real fur, I can't get books in China, so I really hope that you could tell me. Would appreciate it a lot, if you could give me the instructions.

The fur was done by lots of cuts with a sharp knife. from memory i started with the brown at the back then added the white (cutting the fur as you go). I hope this helps!

It was made with fondant. I purchased this book fron Collins Book store. I check all the book stores fairly often, they usually have nothing but sometimes I find a gem like this. My local library has a copy, I find the library very good, not many people borrow the cake books like this because they think the cakes are too hard. If they gave it a go they would be surprised. I had no idea I was capable until I tried!!!
