My first ever wedding cake! Each tier is a different flavor. Coconut cake with key lime filling and coconut Swiss meringue buttercream on the bottom, white cake with chocolate caramel ganache and chopped toasted pecans in the middle, and chocolate cake with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting on top, all covered with homemade vanilla fondant and hand sculpted gum paste flowers.
