Beautiful!! I love the rose technique on the bottom tier. Would you mind sharing how you did your Eiffel Tower? Thanks!

Thanks so much!  I have been asked quite a bit about the eiffel tower.  Might end up making a tutorial:)  Basically I made it by creating a template from cardstock and tracing over the fondant.  I then cut out the pieces and after they were dry I adhered them with edible glue and added extruded fondant on top.
