I really wanted to do a lamb cake, but couldn't quite figure out the construction of it, so chose a bunny cake and a fairly easy one at that.

The cake is a ginger cake with lemon buttercream. The carrots I made ahead with stiff royal icing, so only the ears, feet and eggs are fondant. The sign says 'happy easter'.
