This cake was for my husband for his birthday. It's a white cake with chocolate BC filling. I used a 10" pan and an old pampered chef torte pan to give me the top crust edge. The "sauce" is strawberry jam with white chocolate "cheese" and strawberry fruit leather for pepperoni's. It's the natural fruit leather so it's not really red. It worked out perfect.
