this is the final cake for course 1. chocolate cake with choclate icing. i had the igliest roses in the class! eeks. i need to write down the recipes i use. i always forget which ones i like and which ones ive tried before!!!

Weren't you proud of yourself though? Did you ever think before the class that you would be able to create something like this? Roses are not easy at first, they will improve with time and pratice.
