I used little fondant cookie cutters. They came together to use to make a person. Use the shirt for the onesie (cut semi-circle for the legs with circle cutter), use 2 circle cutters for the bib, the shoes for the booties (have to trim them a little) and small circle cutter for the hat (cut almost in half)

This is such a pretty cake - I'm going to try to do one for a girl at work who is having a baby. How did you make the clothes - did you do them by hand or have little cookie cutters?

I cut little circles out with cookie cutters and then pressed a smaller dowel (sp?) rod on top of it and then poked two little holes with a toothpick

OK...you win today's prize for most inventive use of one tool to make something else! Your description of how you made the baby clothes is amazing....And the cake is too!
