Are the pearls edible frosting? or do they have to be picked off? I love the diamond design, I'm going to try to attempt it myself but I need to know about the pearls. Thanks. I think the cakes look great by the way.
I made the pearls by hand using a round tip #10 and fondant. My daughter mad for me the diamond impression from hard plastic that comes in packaging electronics. On the cake I used a buttercream icing from this web site.
