This was a peacock cake for my cousin's birthday and she LOVED it. It was a coffee cake covered in buttercream icing. I also made cupcakes and used leftover peacock feathers as cupcake toppers. I have instructions with step-by-step pictures for this cake if anyone is interested... Cheers :)
