Cowboy Hat

I made this for my 78 year old Uncle, who is a true Cowboy. This is an exact replica of the hat that he wears every day. The cake is covered in MMF and we used a texturized mat to make the braiding impression. Brim is made out of gumpaste. All other details are also made out of fondant. Board was hand piped. TFL
