Pink sock monkey for a first birthday.....

I made this smash cake and 30 cupcakes for a little girls 1st birthday. Ember's Aunt wanted her to have a sock monkey theme. I made the custom wrappers, then created edible monkey faces and 1's out of ghirardelli melting bars I dyed hot pink. Smashy has a large 1 with an edible face as well. All of it is french vanilla with white chocolate mousse filling and raspberry sauce. Photo by Kevin Paul Photography
