Thank you for your comments. I made this cake this morning for a dear co-worker who is retiring. She loves Snickers of course! The "bite " area is covered with caramel and fondant with peanuts stuck in to resemble a true Snickers bar. The cake itself was also Snickers flavors. It was a big hit. There was not one bit left over. I wanted to get a picture of the inside, but never had a moment once I started serving. It was a 3 layer devil's food cake with one layer of peanut nougat filling, and one layer of soft caramel with peanuts. The cake was covered with ganache, and the wrapper was chocolate fondant. The labels were cut out freehand. TFL!
