Chocolate cupcake, lightly soaked with coffee Kaluha blend, topped with a dollop of Kaluha ganache and piped with cheesecake mousse and a sprinkling of cocoa powder and a barely visible dark chocolate leaf. Notes: Bake in hot/cold cups only and decorate after cupcake has cooled :o) Suggestion: Possibilities are endless of course...for a kid's party add less batter and top with a scoop of ice cream before serving!!
