This was my first ever tiered fondant cake that I did for mine an my husbands 20th Wedding Anniversary. The bottom cake is white w/ white chocolate mousse. The top cake is chocolate w/ vanilla latte SMBC filling. I made the gumpaste roses [1st time] and the MMF.
