My 2nd Princess Birthday Cake

Made for the lady who ordered my 1st princess cake. Anyway, I decided to go all out on this one and totally loved the way the ombre effect came out on the cake. She looks so frilltastic. My index finger hurt so much after frilling all those layers but I did make it without having a blister...whew. I totally enjoyed making the cake. From the cakeboard to the princess plus braiding her hair too (I know) I was looking to give her a slight African hairstyle. Anyway, this seems to be my princess cake season.

@ RebecaR - I used a Barbie doll...I did bake an 8" round to raise and accommodate her long legs though.
