This cake is really much smaller than it appears, it maybe feeds 6-8 people. I made it as a door prize for a Valentine's party at our local hospital. At my last Mike McCarey class (Big Bird) he was also offering some of his other class materials and so I bought his Eiffel Tower cutting guides and impression mat. I have been dying to make it ever since and I thought since Paris was considered "The City of Romance" that it would fit the bill quite nicely.
