80th birthday cake for my mum who loves to bake. I wanted to include her grandaughter and great grandaughters in the scene. Two "helping" with the baking, the eldest wanted to be dancing but as the cake had to travel over 250 miles I made her doing the splits instead for stability. Latest addition to the family also included. Kitchen units and fridge freezer made from rice krispies. Marbled worktop looked very authentic. Coloured piping gel added to the kitchen sink when we reached the destination. Lots of detail in the design but I really enjoyed making this. Mum loved it.
