A rainbow cake for the same little girl that got the Thomas the train cake for her birthday last year. The cake started as a white white cake that would have made three 9 inch layers. It was colored with liquid grocery store colors except for the red layer for which I used a few drops of Lorann red velvet emulsion. The filling is white chocolate buttercream and the frosting is white chocolate sour cream ganache. The exterior is MMF decorated with food writer pens. The crayons were rice cereal treats covered with fondant.
