Bottom and top layers vanilla sponge, middle layer chocolate sponge, turret walls are Tinkies, turret tops are ice cream cones covered in fondant. Cake covered in butter cream with fondant details.

What a cute design and you did an awesome job with it. I just love all the little details. One of these days I will have to try a castle cake!

Thanks! Castle cakes are fun to do - this proved to be my biggest challenge as it was so nearly a disaster - will save that story for the forums!!!!
