High heel shoe on pillow

This cake was marble with chocolate ganache covered with fondant. All details are fondant. The high heel shoe is made out of fondant. The shoe template I used is the same that I put here on CC. You can see the shoe template on my photo gallery.

How did you make the heel? Did you use a mold? If so which one? Thank you.

Thank you Kathy107! I am happy that the template is usefull for someone. For the heel, I shape it with my hand. I begin with a ball of fondant and shape it beside the heel of the real shoe to have the same shape and the same size. Hope it can help!
