Ombre Ruffle Wedding Cake
Beautiful pink ombre ruffles for this wedding cake! The cakes were a 6" dark chocolate mud, an 8" cherry ripe mud and a 10" milk chocolate mud. All three were covered in white fondant. The ruffles started white at the top and finished a gorgeous fuchsia shade. The ruffles were made from fondant with a little tylose added and I used the strip method which was remarkably quick!
