When I was asked if I could do a crocodile, I said I had never done one before and that it might be a bit 'cartoony'. I was secretly pleased at how well it turned out! Cut from a 12" square vanilla sponge filled with jam and buttercream, with coloured buttercream covering the cake board. 100% edible!
