My alligator cake. He was about 3 feet long. He is covered in fondant...do you like that nice "swampy" color? Yeah, I had trouble with that. I think alligators call for airbrushing! : ) His teeth and toe nails are gumpaste. I made this for a family reunion that we had in cajun country with my cajun side of the family.
