Goodbye Cake
One of the girls at work was leaving, so they asked me with a day's notice to make a cake for her. This is what I came up with. A bit busy on the top, but she loved it and it was totally eaten in minutes. Chocolate with caramel filling, iced in buttercream.
Very creative, the "basketweave" on top looks like a trelis...:)

I think its great. Not busy at all, Saved in my Favs....
