A decadent chocolate mud cake torted with chocolate ganache and wrapped in modelling chocolate. The bottom tier is a 6 inch round, 5 inch high cake. The top is a 5 inch round and 3 inch high cake.
It's been difficult to work with the humidity in my area. Hence, my roses didnt shape as well as they normally do. I used sugarveil in a shallow lace mould :)
