A wedding cake I made for Lauren and Matt this weekend.

6" Choc mud / choc ganache
8" Lime & coconut / white choc ganache
10" Caramel Mud / choc ganache

Finished with silver cachous (so many!!, it too forever) and ivory fondant.

Nervous drive from Brisbane to Noosa but all arrived safely and looked great at the venue (the beautiful Waterfront Restaurant at Noosaville)

What did you use to attatch the cachous to the fondant?
