I got the idea for this cake from this site and it was a HUGE hit! I covered my diaper twinkies and the sides of the cake in rolled fondant, royal icing for the black lettering, and gum paste for the Pampers lettering. Everything is attached to the cake with a shortening based decorator icing. I can't wait to make another one - it was SO much fun!
