My birthday cake

Every year, I make my own birthday cake and it is the occasion to try new techniques. This year, I wrapped my praline chocolate cheesecake with chocolate and added some fondant pompons. It was delicious!!!

Thank you! I piped my chocolate on an acetate the exact size I wanted my border. When my chocolate is still smooth, I remove it from the table than applied on the cake. Hope it can help!
