Ornament Cupcakes
Rolled buttercream over a mound of buttercream to make the top rounded on the filled the cupcakes. Decorated with RI. Miniature white chocolate Reese cups for the tops, and small fondant/gumpaste loops poked in & held in place with a dot of RI.
